Pukey (Sunday's post)

I felt fine this morning when I woke up. This morning I went to the gym, showered and cleaned up, and by the time I got to the office, I was feeling horrible. Pukey. Like I was going to barf. Ashley said “Wow, you look like @xx.” A true friend won’t hold back.

Mike agreed and told me to go lay down. I had some work to do that Chip needed right away and I thought I could get it knocked out right away.

It turned out NOT being one of those “get done right away” kind of jobs. But I got the first part done in two and a half hours, so I cleared out of my office, walked to the laundry place and headed back to my apartment. Strangely enough, I don’t feel better when I lay down. So here I sit getting a head start on today’s journal entry. I also have a bunch of pictures of Sara and the kids that I’m downloading right now. Since our internet is slow, downloading pictures can take a while. I’ll be back on later.

And it’s later. I called Sara and the talked to her and Liam for a few minutes. That was fun. Liam was very excited to have ridden in a fire truck yesterday and also to have ridden in a horse. Sara seems to be doing well, and Dover is having a great weekend to enjoy. However we did get cut off by the internet. So I ended up getting some dinner and then going back into work. Mike was working on something and wanted to be alone in the office, so I grabbed a few things and went back to my room. I watched a movie and tried to go to sleep, but that just didn’t happen. I was tired, but there was no internet connection, I couldn’t sleep. So I got comfortable to read a book, and BAM! I was out. So this post is a day late.
