Groundhog Day

I think that I’ve reached the point where the Ground Hog Day Syndrome is taking effect. Every day is becoming more and more like the day before. And that’s a good thing because I’m nearing my halfway point and it’ll all be downhill soon. I’m pretty comfortable with what I do and time goes quickly when one day blends in with the next.

The gym is closed for a few days while the electricity is being run to the building. I feel pretty good because I didn’t go to the gym or do anything strenuous today. I think tomorrow, Mike and I are going to run the steps in our apartments for a little while. My sneakers are finally dry from running in the rain on Tuesday. My spare pair of sneakers are wore out and need to be retired.

It’s going to be an interesting couple of weeks in the office. Spencer is leaving to go to two back-to-back conferences and we’re not going to see him for a few weeks. Chip is going to be running the show and I think he’ll do a great job, but it’ll be interesting to see how he does it.

Here’s something that bugs me.



I work on the 2nd floor. What’s up with that space between the “2” and the “nd”? The space is there on the “1 st Floor” as well.
