Shirley

Tonight, at church, we sang “Shirley, the President of the Lord, is in this place” and I was cracking up the whole time. We sang other songs, but during that particular song, I wasn’t feeling very reverent. Sara and I always laugh during that song. I miss being home.

Chip moved into the office with me and Mike today. It’ll be interesting to see how those office dynamics work out. And I think that I’m going to San Antonio next week for a one week trip. I don’t know exactly what for yet, but I hope the whole thing pans out. I’d like to get away for just a little bit.

It was a sad day for lil bitch (Stud). I have been using that iPod probably every day since I’ve gotten it. And lately, the charge has only been lasting maybe two days. So yesterday it just died in the gym. I figured the battery died. Boy – did it die! It won’t even take a charge now. I plugged it in to my computer last night and all it says is “Please wait. Very low battery”. So I plugged it into my wall charger… Nothing. I looked on line to see if this was a common problem and it might not be common, but it has happened before. So I’ve tried the select+play solution and the select+menu solution and neither works. I think it just might be dead. :( Someone mentioned getting a new battery (which they sell online) but I’d need to learn how to open the darn thing up. Poor lil bitch (Stud).
