Didn’t work

My attempts at skype didn’t work last night. I was able to sign up for an account, but when I tried to pay for it, I must have messed up my credit card info and I locked up paying with a credit card. If I can get onto paypal, I might try to pay with that.

Work got busy today. Chip and I sat down and told me everything that I already know about the packages that I deal with. I would have gotten more done, but my computer account was jacked up for a while. I kind of know why our internet and phones are so messed up, but that doesn’t make it any easier to accept. I plan on diving in whole heartedly tomorrow.

I worked out with Mike this afternoon. My chest is killing me. He has an aggressive physical fitness plan that we’re going to follow. And hopefully I’ll follow through with it. SO as of now, we’re doing cardio in the morning and weight training in the afternoons.

I got another roommate today. His name is Shawn, just like my other roommate. One of them might be named Shaun. The new Shawn is a cop who specializes in security and protection rather than law enforcement. He kind of told me what he did, and it sounds like it’s a pretty good job. The old Shawn is a computer genius. He told me about his job, and it doesn’t sound very fun. All he does is deal with dumb people all day complaining about their computers.

The office had to sit through mandatory training this evening. It was about customer service and never saying “no”. Instead, tell the customer how you can say “yes”. I got their point, but it didn’t have to be so darn long.

One of my favorite parts of my day is filling in the days of my countdown calendar. Tomorrow is going to be good, because I’ll have been here a full two and a half months. I’m counting.
